The Courtroom Phenomenon and Analogy

Method Seeking

It seems more and more fitting, relevant, and apt to undertake and adopt the role or analogy of the courtroom, specifically in the character of presentation of the situation, presentation of facts and evidence, and deliberation on a verdict: deliberation of a decision to decide what comes forth, what comes next, how to proceed, and the verdict of the decision. The character of deliberation on a decision deciding the outcome. But further, interpretation of the outcome: deciding its meaning.

This parallels the character of indictment, accusation, and judgement which are wanted. Further, this is the whole manner of interrogation. It seems that the work or the method wants, if not lends, itself to be of the manner of the courtroom. The accusatory character of the interrogation, the presiding judge over the judgement. This seems to be worth thinking about.

Self-Interpretation

—The things that have been put there, seemingly by chance, that later become fateful. A sort of prophesying, prophecy, but without prophet. Or a hidden prophet. That which is placed and lies there, at first innocuously, innocently, circumspect, later coming fatefully into play.

Serendipity/synchronicity?

—Courtroom, accuser, messenger ([and man]of god), alien and alienator—the alienating. That which comes to destroy and upend all hitherto civilization. Modes of the prophet. Not the false prophet. Not even the antiprophet.

The destroying angel—or demon. The awakening realization of something like fate or destiny—but decidedly not something deterministic. Not predetermination but pre-determination. Before and prior to determination. Determination as that which is related to deliberation and decision, judgement.
